Unabashedly I fell in love with this guy on a casual stroll through the show grounds in Denver, CO. When I was asked if I wanted a closer look, I thought why not, just looking. Then of course couldn't stop thinking about him. His fawn sire at almost 3 years of age 17.6 micron with 4.2 SD and extremely bright & crimpy. (I wanted to post pictures of both of their fleece shots but couldn't choose a picture to delete of Romeo himself! Needless to say, I pressed the "buy" button.

Super-duper cute, girl. Truly the most adorable head and face. We must not be alone thinking that because this girl gets photographed all the time by visitors, media, etc.
Freedom has a nice frame & fleece. Freedom's histogram for an 8-year-old producing dam still came in with an average micron - nice uniformity and high frequency crimp. This girl ranks "really" well in her EPDs also. I had to give up one of her cute photo's just to post those stats. Really with all the registered huaca... |

This guys dam has given us 4 boys in a row, but each one of them have been extraordinarily beautiful. We have used her first son Aslan to sire quite a few offspring. Her dark grey son we loved so much we did a repeat in hopes of duplicating and got solid black. Yet he was an amazing beautiful true black loaded with fleece that we were having a little seller's remorse over selling just about when this guy was born.
Freedom's formal attire, dubbed "Dino" aka the Dean Martin of the pasture. He has a nice bright crimp. His sire has beautiful conformation and really dense fleece - and an all-time favorite disposition. Even though we have retained another Romeo son who has pretty spectacular fleece we are tempted to hold on to this guy. He is gorgeous and has a nice disposition. He was quite the gentleman for a wedding reception greeter.
We entered him as a young guy in the California Classic and although he took a 5th place he had nicer score than some of our other hot shots. He received a 16.5 fineness of 20, 7.5 of 10 in uniformity of micron 7 brightness and somewhat surprisingly a 4.5 in color uniformity. This boy is such a looker we actually had several inquires regarding purchasing him at that show. His next show we had people stop and thank us for bringing him again they just loved seeing him so much.
Because of his striking appearance we have used him for some events. I think his fleece is coming in really nice and his head and face coverage adds to his positive traits. Since we do have another Romeo son that is breeding now, we are going to have to part with one of them.
