Marquis is a striking, elegant, Medium Silver Grey male that has nice grey lineage both sides of his pedigree. His dam is a MAPACA champion by Platinum Marquis and his sire is twice Futurity Champion and AOBA champion with "too numerous to count" champion offspring, WWR Prince Greystone who has such a beautiful head!! Do an internet search for pictures to fully appreciate both Platinum in his full fleece and Prince Greystone. Two superior grey lines come together in this guy!

| As an entertaining story I'll start with when we bought Worth the wait's mom who was named "Wait for It". The transaction read like a who's on first - what's on second. We love the way this guy looks! We like his conformation, head with his full fleece coverage in the face. His partial collar makes him look like a distinguished young gentleman though his suri top knot has him looking like a surfer dude!
His sire had crias with very nice luster and fineness in grey! His dam is a Psylent Knight daughter and when I reflect back on her show days, what a beauty. Her name is "Worth the Wait" - aka "Worthy" so we named him "Worthy Journey."
2022 he sired a nice robust fawn male, from a pattern dam. He is not only beautifully marked with considerably shiny fleece he is really stocky. Summer 2023 he sired a light fawn female from another pattern and a beautiful black from black. It has been hard in our herd to find grey he isn't related to. This past year we bred him to black with rose grey in background, a fawn from silver grey dam and additionally a fawn with rose grey sire, hoping for that elusive grey. Journey's latest crias are due summer 2024.
