| We were ecstatic to finally get a girl from our best producing dam that had given us 3 boys in a row. We thought that if this girl turns out anything like her full older brother, we are already beyond thankful. Super strong and sturdy at birth. Shiny silky fleece. We kept her in full fleece to show and covid happened. She showed at Nationals in Nebraska and received a 6th place in the Full Fleece Suri Light Female Yearling Never Shorn. Our last baby past season was the brightest white we have had born to us. His sire, AWH Kalino owned by Alpacas at Windy hill sits in the top 1% in the EPD program for AFD, SDAFD, SF, and %F>30. Amazing!! He had an exceptional high score with superb comments from the fleece judge. His dam produced a 1st place winning, reserve champion her last cria. We were impressed from the second "he" touched the ground. We have to be realistic and we would not have many females to use him for if he does turn out to be show & breed worthy.
