Daisy Mae is just a cute character. The kind that stands out in the herd enough to inspire various photographs and local artists to paint her picture. Lately I have caught her trotting or pronking about in the pasture. She has a nice strong frame, easy disposition and is a great mother. Her cria is growing well and she keeps a watchful eye. Her fleece has nice even density, staple length with high frequency crimp and soft handle. She has good solid producing genetics and is evidence of that. Her true black son was a 1st place winner at a high level show and her medium silver grey girl Karma is stunning. A repeat breed on that resulted in a surprise to us all, with a solid white, yet something about her presence speaks special to me. Time will tell as fleece develops.
