This is a nice grey guy! Besides his cute factor, he is so nice to handle that he was used to film a Bud light commercial and we have taken him to public events. He was also just featured on live TV in San Diego & he hasn't kicked or spit - how's that for bragging rights lol. Summer certainly has been a cutie from day one - She is a nice-sized light beige girl with a slight fawn color line down her mid back. Parents were fawn and grey. She has a sweet face and is friendly enough that we often use her for public relations on and off the ranch. We had someone process her fleece by hand to spin and they said it felt quite lovely!
Summer gave birth to our first suri-huacaya born (since she was kept with an intact 18 month-old suri male prior to boarding with us)
Since Summer was sired by a grey guy, Alpaca Knolls Caleb, we decided to breed her to 4-Sight's Crawford. She just gave birth to a beautiful, sturdy boy we named Sheldon.
Summer was not registered, it presents a challenge since the original indicated owner of Summer's sire has since passed away.
